THE LATTER HOUSE

You know what a critical hour this is, how it is high time for you to wake up out of your sleep rouse to reality. For salvation (final deliverance) is nearer to us now than when we first believed. The night is far gone the day is almost here. Let us then drop (fling away) the works and deeds of darkness and put on the (full) armor of light… Let us live and conduct ourselves honorably (as befitting sons of God) as in the open light of day.” (Romans 13:11, 12, 14 Amplified)

The Lord spoke to Zerubbabel and Joshua, through Haggai, concerning the building of the “latter house.” And on the 24th day of the month He stirred up the remnant of the people to give themselves to the work of the House of the Lord. (Hag. 1)

As I study these verses, I felt the Spirit’s concern for our spiritual houses. We need our foundation to become habitations of praise for the violence has risen up and ripe for YAH’s judgment.

Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of theirs: neither shall there be wailing for them. Ezekiel 7:1

The Spirit showed me that before we praise, our minds should be cleansed under the Blood of Christ. We know that we are not to offer praise merely in obedience but with overflowing gratitude, love, appreciation and joy.

Take with you words and turn to the Lord, say unto Him, Take away all iniquity and receive us graciously; so will we render the calves of our lips. Hosea 14:2

Our praise breaks down barriers, and tears away partitions and strengthens our house’s foundations.

It’s through holy vibrations of Praise that evil forces are shattered and the powers of darkness scatters.

One evening as I was quietly waiting upon the Lord in inner prayer, the Spirit moved in a new way. His presence lingered, and I was given this wonderful revelation of praise.

Only this high and holy praise will be acceptable unto Him who is High and Holy, who “dwells between the Cherubim!”

We read the cherubim and seraphim who worship at the throne, Exalt the Lord our God forevermore. They lift their “Holy, Holy, Holy” in such adoring tone, and worship their Creator. Revelation 4:8

These cherubim and seraphim are sending help to earth, And from on high they can teach us here. I pray for new experiences in praise, “O’Father in Heaven help us learn to worship to bring it forth to birth love and reverential fear.”

The living, the living, he shall praise you as I do this day…. Every day of my life from now on I will sing my songs of praise in the Temple, accompanied by the orchestra. Isaiah 38:19-21

The Holy Spirit made me realize that the qualifications required of one who aspires to fulfill it. I was grieved to see how we fall short in every way—for perfect praise cannot be manifest in us until there is a perfecting of all the fruits of the Spirit. [more to come]

This means utter death to self is required and a maturity in Christ far beyond for which the church has attained. This is a high calling indeed! And although many may be called to it, very few fulfill it as YAH desires.

I longed to be one of the few, and presented myself before The Lord for this purpose. No sooner had I begun to live a life of praise in earnest obedience —when a series of severe trials began in my life. I am sure this is not unfounded for many if you but these strange new difficulties developed in almost every realm of my life. Our family’s finances, friendships, our neighborhood, my skin was afflicted, along with the inside of my nostrils, my hair falling out, lack of sleep and I can’t forget indigestion. Each distress clamoring for my attention but I fought each one and continued to profess praise in spite of them.

We know that Jesus did everything in thanks and praise to His Father. If we obeyed His Word more fully and allowed His grace to operate in us more perfectly, we would find the same pattern being observed in us. We’d breathe-out thanksgiving with every breath from morning until night with an overflowing a “great grace of gratitude”theme, but honestly there is much in our nature to opposes it.

I pray this beautiful picture The Holy Spirit has taken great pains to paint provokes you to seek the power of praise!

The Lord has been trying to teach me this for awhile but many attempts have been hijacked leaving very little time to praise & appreciate The Father. However, I shall continue to try even with the obstacles and The Holy Spirit provided an impressive lesson that shall help explain the power of our praise!

One of the Lord’s dear ones who is often permitted to greatly tax my patience came for a family meal. A strange spirit of animosity and taunting began to rise. I felt a storm of negative feelings rising within myself particularly because this one seemed to be discrediting me. But suddenly, I remembered that PRAISE is the way. So I began offering the Lord inward praise over this person and the annoying topics, offsetting everything that was being said by praising and thanking Him. Outwardly a sweet serenity settled over me, while within strong praise was being spoken. In a very short while the whole situation changed. The other person began to concede instantly becoming agreeable and gracious and before our meal ended, love, faith and praise to God were flowing from both our hearts. It could have been just the opposite, so I want to remember this lesson—Praise is the way to victory —-every time!

Oh how I praise Him for His Spirit who brings such wonderful freedom through the manifestation of His wonderful plan. I thank you Lord over and over ….that we can praise You at anytime time -inward or outward without any limitation.

My Vision;

Yashua Our King is standing robed in such Beauty that can only be described as our praise. I saw that heaven is indeed filled with His praise and glory!

The latter house [you and me] quickly becomes His embodiment of praise on earth —a temple filled with His glory by day and by night.

I felt the wave of His love over myself—again and again while I confessed high praise rolling over until it broke….swallowing me up in a rapturous depth that was truly beyond my own imagination. The most penetrating joy enveloped me as I confessed my adoration! Thank you Yashua.

His glory is limited on earth today, only because our praise is lacking. It seems that above all things Our Father desires habitations of praise, pure praise, true praise, passionate praise. Not only are we to offer praise, to practice praise, but to BE praise!

What a wonderful calling and what could be more fitting to fill our latter house with praise to The Lord. I rejoiced with all my heart in “the hope of His calling.” Hallelujah!
