TABERNACLE OF DAVID -THANKSGIVING 🍁
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1
Each season carries its own significance in representing God’s divine order & timing in His Creation. Fall is a season when we can enjoy His glorious landscape found in His canopy of trees painted in reds, orange and golds. Oh how I love fall! 🍁
This year has been especially spectacular and as I take it all in, I feel a question bubbling up, “What burdens must you relinquish?” Just as these trees will loose their leaves, we too are encouraged to “lay aside every weight” (Hebrews 12:1).
Later sitting in front of the fire, reading His Word, I felt the word “fall” drop once again into my spirit.
After this I will return and rebuild David’s fallen tent. Its ruins I will rebuild, and I will restore it, Acts 15:16
Only this time, The Spirit was referring to the concept of sin entering the world through the disobedience of Adam and Eve. (Genesis 3) These types of personal encounters are the work of the Spirit that in turn convicts, converts and transcends us! Hallelujah!
‘In that day“I will restore David’s fallen shelter-I will repair its broken walls and restore its ruins—and will rebuild it as it used to be- Amos 9:11
I am sharing to encourage you to seek the move of the Spirit. The Spirit comes to bless us! When we allow The Holy Spirit to operate in our lives, and yield, we take hold of the realm of the Spirit where the presence of God is manifested. This is His Glory, leading us into these kinds of “lifting up” experiences.
As The Spirit engulfs me, I drift up and away in the warmth and my spirit is awakened by these words:
I am dealing with man’s depravity! Repentance takes one out of the wilderness and on the path towards Zion. (1 Chronicles 15)
Their New life exhibits itself as I Come to make all things new. Deliverance has taken a great deal of time, but My Refinement takes years like a pebble becomes My pearl.
I was given a picture of all those waiting at Mesopotamia {a divided heart} will be lead By The Spirit to conquer through conscious repentance that leads them to unconscious holiness. Their lack was removed and darkness that was in front of them passed behind them allowing them to walk freely with the Lord. These ones were sealed overcomer’s. As they stepped forth their beautiful hearts shined with love of Christ!
After my thirty second rapture, I’m looking up the word depravity which speaks of how dire our fallen condition is —- every facet of our nature inherited from Adam is corrupted and there is no part of our personality that is uncorrupted: the mind, the emotions, and so on, but through The Spirit of GOD, there is hope.
I emphasize the word “Hope” because our destiny is found in a divine intervention by Christ ~for His redemption work cannot be obtained by our own righteous hands. We are told YAH considers them like filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6). Our born-under depravity condition impairs our ability to choose good and separates us from God, Himself. (Ephesians 2:1-5)
Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood: Destruction and misery are in their ways: And the way of peace have they not known: There is no fear of God before their eyes. Romans 3:18
There is good news, we don’t need it to be picture-perfect, we just need to embrace our fallen state of “Total Depravity”. By doing so we embrace an unveiled opportunity to enter His Ark, a deeper vibrant relationship with Yashua.
Just as the trees shed their leaves to prepare for new growth in spring, we too must release what no longer serves us. We are to make room for the power of the Holy Spirit to come change and transform us into the image of Christ.
This fresh perspective caused me to experience a new unbounded Thanksgiving towards God —-allowing me to receive a very powerful anointing by His Grace —- a new liberty to worship that restores our connection that living in this world tends to zap!
As I went about my week witnessing the leaves changing color and falling from the trees, I was reminded again and again of the beauty and temporariness of all things.
“For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal,” (2 Corinthians 4:17-18, NKJV).
Just as the fall brings transition from abundance to dormancy in nature, we can also experience moment by moment of change by simply kneeling in praise & thanksgiving! We need that new sound of thanksgiving continuously to restore our ever effervescent [bubbling] relationship with the Father. YAH is asking for our submission to allow His Spirit to move us from spiritual death to spiritual life! Oh how grateful we are for His Mercy!
He said to him, "I will give you all of these things, if you will fall down and worship me." Matthew 4:9
You know, we are supposed to enter into His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. (Psalm 100:4) When we offer a sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving, it releases a celebrant spirit — the apostolic spirit — that prepares you to enter into worship by removing all that emotional baggage you brought into His service.
Again, keep balance and don’t forget The Holy Spirit does not leave things unfinished. Our glorious Intruder is pervasive and insistent. The Holy Spirit must make it real to the people out there in the world; so if He has to intrude upon my life and bring me out of my comfort zone, work through me, change me, overpower my weaknesses, then so be it! Come, Holy Spirit, I say, come! You should say this too so He can restore you! He can’t let up simply because “Restored” means intimacy with God ——every godly encounter RULES thoroughly changing us. AND not one of us is ever the same again. Try it out —-see for yourself!
Prayer:
Father, thank You for the life You have prepared for me and for all Your children. I draw on Your Spirit and Your grace so that I might perceive my life, and the purpose of my life, through Your eyes. I set my heart in agreement with Your Word, so that I will enter into the fullness of Your redemptive plan. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
I trust in the Spirit that He will bear witness to your born under depravity and guide you through the written Word of God; but I also pray this message can be a catalyst for your ministry expression, at whatever level it may be—I pray there are truths shared that will benefit everyone’s relationship with the Lord in some way. And by God’s grace, with His anointing and instruction within us, we can allow Him to move through us in such a way that we all hear the applause of heaven.

Prayer of Surrender:
God, I believe You are real. I believe that I am a sinner, and that without Your grace and forgiveness, I am destined to go to hell when I die. But I believe Your Word when You say that You don’t want anyone to perish, and that You gave Your only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, who is even God Himself, to die for my sins and pay the penalty for my rebellion against You. I believe in my heart You raised Him from the dead after three days, and that He is now seated with You in heaven. I confess with my mouth that I want Jesus to be Lord of my life. Forgive me of my sins; I turn away and repent from a lifestyle that is against Your ways. Lord Jesus, come into my heart and make me a new creation that will always desire to do Your will, to be holy as You are holy. Make me a new person and live inside me. I thank You that by faith, I believe I am now born again by Your Spirit, and I will serve You the rest of my days. In your holy name Yashua. Amen.
