CYMBALS IN THE EARTH

After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven, and the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.” Revelation 4:1

Blowing the trumpet in prayer has a lot to do with our faith and to do so by eliminating distractions and prioritizing God in all our endeavors! In the Book of Deuteronomy, Chapter12 serves as a timeless reminder that true worship is not just about a location or ritual, but about a heart fully committed to God’s ways.

It’s when we truly see God for who He is and truly recognize ourselves for who we are, we cannot leave that experience unchanged. We become God’s possession-This is true worship!

Worship is not about us; worship is entirely about GOD!

Now that you have gone on a journey into the heart, I also want to invite you into a journey of the mind. We are called to love God with our whole heart, soul, strength, and mind (see Luke 10:27).

Building upon the journey we have taken together thus far, my prayer is that this conversation about rediscovering what Spirit baptism looks like for today will cause you to cry out for more than just “fillings” of the Spirit.

Look at 2 Chronicles, 5:13, 14: “It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the Lord, saying, ‘For He is good, for His mercy endureth for ever,’ that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the Lord; so that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the Lord had filled the house of God.”

Our time of preparation shall come to an end and we can begin to put that faith into practice by calling on the Lord for help in every decision in every hour.

This will transform your mind to think like Christ!

You will see things that are coming that will be difficult to pray, or even think straight, but when you’re repeatedly pray, it becomes a reflex, an automatic reaction to every pressure and every perplexity. This is abiding in The Lord.

I have personally witnessed many who are experiencing such a degree of hardship right now and it has completely broken them. When I prayed for them I heard the Spirit of the Lord say God never uses anyone to a great degree until He breaks the person completely.

It’s so true! Look at Joseph’s experience of sorrow when his brothers sold him but Gods ordained it and led him into a position or ministry of food for all the nations. For this reason, the Holy Spirit said of him, “Joseph is a fruitful vine . . . near a spring, whose branches climb over a wall” (Gen. 49:22). It takes sorrow to expand and deepen the soul from The Heavenly Life.

Once we are completely broken in Christ, we move from the glory of the Holy Place into the most glorious of all, the Holy of Holies. Hallelujah

Be excited and encouraged as this is the place of glory, revelation and fullness. When we move into the realm of the Holy of Holies, we are moving from faith to faith, strength to strength, victory to victory, and breakthrough upon breakthrough. A true harvest of one’s soul!

This is the harvest that has been prophesied just before Passover and must be presented to the Bridegroom as an offering. It’s happens in the first month of a new season on Heaven's calendar. This is why we are to participate through prayer for a season of separation [wilderness] unto the Groom. It’s where we learn to follow the Lamb wherever He goes to become one with Him, one with His heart and one with His purposes in the earth.

And we are given a new song to sing by God’s! It’s imparted to you, with new lyrics and the melody hidden and stored for this hour in History—a new sound that only His Trumpeters are allowed to release in the earth.

The Great Composer in Heaven has written it for His Beloved; His remnant Bride. We become His cymbals in the earth to love Him with every part of our being, including our minds.

Let’s pray:

WE COME TODAY TO PRESENT OURSELVES TO YOU, write Your Song on our hearts, precious Holy Spirit. Write the score and the lyrics as we are ready for the engraving of the words of Your mouth. We Praise you Father and thank you for your Son Jesus! Amen!

As I continue to study early revivalist and I want to share the following prayer by Carrie Judd Montgomery (1858-1946). What an encouragement she was and still is today. Many have been touched, impacted, and even experienced a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit as the result of reading Spirit Flood. I pray that you, too, will be undone and led to even greater depths of the waters of the Holy Spirit as you dive in. May the Holy Spirit possess you fully and permeate every cell in your body with His indwelling presence.

Take time to let her humble offering ignite your love for Him —-by letting your mind be captured in true worship of our Lord Jesus!

Now, who is going to trust God for the winged life? You can crawl instead if you wish. God will even bless you if you crawl; He will do the best He can for you, but oh how much better to avail ourselves of our wonderful privileges in Christ and to “mount up with wings as eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint.” O beloved friends, there is a life on wings. I feel the streams of His life fill me and permeate my mortal frame from my head to my feet, until no words are adequate to describe it. I can only make a few bungling attempts to tell you what it is like and ask the Lord to reveal to you the rest. May He reveal to you your inheritance in Christ Jesus so that you will press on and get all that He has for you.2 Heidi: Yes, Lord. Take Your people up and in, God. Cause a holy hunger to be fully filled to rise up within Your people. Let them have a holy hunger to say, “Yes, yes, yes! I’m going to soar! I’m going to soar with You. I’m going to soar on the wings of the wind.” Holy Spirit, we position ourselves. We position our sails, and we say, “Blow on us, Holy Spirit. Fill us fully, God.” Let Your sons and daughters step into their inheritance and believe that a dying world is going to know Your love, God. We pray that none would die without You, that none would die of starvation, God. We ask that none would be pushed away and burned by darkness in the world. God, we say, “Light us ablaze, Lord. Burn in us. Fire of God, burn in us. Love of God, burn in us. Set us ablaze to soar with You in the heavenly realms of glory.” Remove every bit of spectator Christianity from our world, oh God, and let Your people fully engage with You, Holy Spirit. We say, “Yes, Lord. Yes, Lord, to the inheritance of healing. Yes, Lord, to food being multiplied. Yes, Lord, to the provision. Yes, Lord, to the radical love, compassion, kindness, mercy, long-suffering, endurance, patience, beauty, and kingdom life. Yes, Lord. We say ‘yes.’ Undo us again and again and again. Thank You, Jesus!”

I pray that a hunger for more of the Holy Spirit would increase inside of you, that your heart would be wide open to receive all that He has for you today. May the Lord seal what has been highlighted through these words and may they inspire in you an increased and all-consuming hunger to be flooded by the Spirit again and again. We don’t want mere drops, Oh Lord, but send Your rain. Send Your floods of living water to drench us again we pray. Amen, and let it be so.
