LYRICS OF AN OVERCOMER

I 💜 love the words of the hymn, Turn Your Eyes on Jesus.

“Turn your eyes upon Jesus,

Look full in His wonderful face,

And the things of earth will grow strangely dim,

In the light of His glory and grace.”

Some days, we need reminders of His Abundance and that Everything He does is absolutely wonderful. 

Each day, we have an opportunity to live in awe and wonder of Our Lord, but in all honesty, our troubles forbid His Light to shine and we end-up missing opportunities! 

O soul, are you weary and troubled? No light in the darkness you see? There’s light for a look at the Savior, And life more abundant and free.

In my mind, as the hymn plays I hear the Holy Spirit saying, “Turn your eyes to the One who capsulates abundant beauty.” 

God orchestrates super natural encounters to announce a powerful open door [invitation], but it’s what we do with His invitation that matter. These small opportunities could become keys to unlock hidden doors in heaven.

This week on my way to work, I was given a key to share that may unlock something for you. I was stopped by two white tailed doves walking side by side down the county road. I could not pass and to think how the Lord orchestrated this perfectly before I entered my work day. 

As I pause to watch these fine feathered love birds strolling down the country road without a care in the world, I am awe struck! My first thought, “How often do I see these birds in North Idaho — um never”!  I knew I had just witnessed something super-natural completely orchestrated by God. 

It’s easy to believe that God is good and with us as long as we keep our eyes on him!  So God had my attention! This was a key. We are to magnify the things He has written in our hearts!

Do you know what these white tailed doves not native to North Idaho actually represent? 

You guessed it — ABUNDANCE!

But God wasn’t done, because there birds were in love! Not only do they mate for life, these little feathered friends symbolize peace, joy & the partnering with the Holy Spirit — to include visions and dreams! This is for you too!  

Right now, Ask the Lord to show you His Abundance!

When we recognize His Creation and declare His splendor over our life our Trumpet song begins to play in heaven! Our song allows our spirit to ascend to sit at the Lord’s Table and drink from His overflowing cup! 

"But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you. Which of all these does not know that the hand of the Lord has done this?" (Job 12:7-9 NIV)

In the beginning it takes a mix of faith and belief to form daily encounters into messages from The Lord. It’s a skill and strength given to Overcomer’s to overthrow and breakdown pillars [carnal thinking] that block God’s burning flame. 

It’s a choice to make but it’s also His Invitation that we can choose as His Overcomer’s to play to the end! 

The Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me, Psalms 42:7.

We are designed to flow in harmony with Our Creator. 

Begin today ….Do not limit His Love and friendship by cutting off experiencing that surpass your carnal knowledge. You see …separation undermines your ability to embrace His loving kindness. 

Everything God touches is transformed. Life streams from His presence, making all things new.

It’s impossible to become complacent, depressed, fearful or filled with anxiety when we look into the face of our Creator, who is the connection to life while living on earth. Hallelujah!

Prayer:

Father, I thank you and praise You that you are touching the hearts and minds of Your people. You are changing and rearranging our thought processes and our paradigms. I praise You, Lord that You are changing the structures of our thinking patterns to bring us into unlimited knowledge, unlimited vision, unlimited anointing, unlimited resources, unlimited authority, and unlimited dominion. 

Lord, I thank You and praise You that You are downloading these from the heavens right now. We give You all honor and glory for all the things You have done, all the things You are doing, and all the things that are yet to come, for You are the God that was, is, and ever shall be all at the same time. In the glorious, strong and mighty name of Jesus we pray. Amen.
