TAMING THE SOUL TO WHOLENESS

Today, is the beginning of the New Year, Rosh Hashanah, Feast of Trumpets and the Lord has been taking me deeper. This journey of stillness and grounding to find wholeness has made me see how the soul contains an inexhaustible divine strength. We may feel weak, but the ground of our being is not fragile. It’s time now that we draw from this deeper well and eventually stand to face our inner judge who is in conflict with our wholeness!

When difficulty comes today, remind yourself: “There is a strength in me that is not mine alone.Isaiah 41

This strength reveals itself as love — patient, spacious, generous. Notice today where love wants to be born in you. Perhaps in forgiveness, or gentleness, or courage.

Over and over, I am noticing how our inner judge who is our conscious separates our alignment from YHWY. It is essential to align our conscience with God’s truth rather than our own. Let the birthing happen this week and allow your soul’s dominating control come from YHWY himself.

However, if we do not allow for this birthing, our personal standards get in the way of aligning with God’s. And our moral compass can become distorted and our conscience can become “seared,” meaning it becomes numb and ineffective. If you are feeling numb today, keep reading!

“Consciences are seared.”   1 Timothy 4:2:

The Greek word for “seared” is kausteriazo, meaning “to become unfeeling or callous, as if burned with a hot iron.” This describes “a conscience that has lost its ability to discern right from wrong. The English word “cauterize” is derived from this term. “It indicates the permanent damage done to a seared conscience.”Note-everything is reversible with YAH!

Let’s begin with recalling a moment when you felt envious, jealous, or in competition with another person? Don’t hurry, take a moment to reflect because it’s important to be honest with ourselves. Wholeness is recognized in these moments of reflection because our thoughts control our bodies and our circumstances.

We already discovered our thoughts are at war of being significant and significance must be overthrown to live in that beautiful place of peace. Also the place were all striving ceases.

So where do we start?

Let’s begin with negativity. We must act towards a solution —— by taking practical steps rather than the ones that come naturally.

This new path is found when we become intentional in how we deal with things.

In my research I did find those who study consciousness and its effects have discovered certain beliefs we hold actually cause physical ailments, emotional distress, and financial difficulty. They have learned that these limiting beliefs, what some call erroneous thoughts, arise only when consciousness [our soul] identifies with separation and judges reality based solely on surface appearances. And what’s even more remarkable: we can, through persistent intentional practice, change these seared beliefs. Hallelujah!

So yes, we can start right now to change our troublesome circumstances and bodily conditions.

There are several methods and they each require an action. The one that works consistently is to release troublesome conditions by denying them completely.

First action —- is to deny that such conditions have any power to make you unhappy.

Second action, —-you must deny that these conditions actually exist as reality.

We are to recognize these moments and be conscious of them - by denying negative thoughts. This shifts our consciousness.

The word "deny" has two definitions:

1.    To deny, in one sense, means to withhold something, as to deny bread to the hungry.

2.    To deny, in another sense, means to declare something utterly false, to repudiate it as untrue.

Yashua used this second meaning. To deny oneself, does not mean withholding comfort or happiness from yourself, much less inflicting torture. It means denying the claims of surface appearances, declaring these claims as untrue.

If you have ever done any work incorrectly, the very first step toward getting it right involves undoing the wrong and beginning again from that point. To break it down, we have believed incorrectly about reality and about ourselves.

—-We have believed we should be afraid, that we are fundamentally flawed, that we lack what we need.

—-We have believed that sickness and poverty and other troubles exist as real forces with genuine power over us.

—-We have believed and submitted to these troubles, without even attempting to rise out of them or overcome them to represent the highest spiritual response.

All this is false. Entirely false.

The first step toward freeing ourselves from our troubles involves releasing these - this limits their claim and the reality about ourselves.

Some may object: "But if something is not true and I have believed incorrectly about it, I do not see how my false belief could affect my bodily health or my circumstances.

Let’s compare this statement to a child who becomes so frightened of an imaginary threat under their bed that they experience physical convulsions. To overcome this fear, we teach the child to look under the bed before getting in. We do this repeatedly every night to deny a false or unhappy condition about what’s under their bed and eventually the threat loses its power to make them scared or unhappy and we find they can sleep peacefully!

If someone shows you ill will, silently deny their power to hurt you or to make you unhappy.

If you find yourself feeling jealous or envious toward anyone, instantly turn denial on these responses. Declare that you are not jealous or envious, that you are perfect love appearing in form and cannot feel negation.

There is really no reason for jealousy or envy, for all people are one and the same body [consciousness]. The Biblical letter of First Corinthians teaches: "There are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all" (1 Cor. 12:6).

How can you be envious of a part of yourself that seems more attractive? Shall the foot be envious of the hand, or the ear of the eye? Are not the seemingly weak members of the body as important to the perfection of the whole as the others? Do you seem to be less, or to have less, than some others? Remember that all envy and all jealousy arise from identification with lack and separation. In reality, you feel  insignificant [consciousness itself] which must be overcome to enter wholeness.

Are you ready to awaken denial?

Denial is the first practical step toward clearing from our minds the mistaken beliefs of a lifetime, the beliefs that have created such difficulty in our lives.

By denial we mean declaring untrue a thing that appears true.

Surface appearances directly oppose the teachings of truth. Yashua said in the Biblical Gospel of John: "Judge not according to appearance, but judge righteous judgment" (John 7:24). Judge according to what is real, not according to what merely appears real.

If you find yourself dreading to meet someone, or afraid to step out and do what you want or ought to do, immediately begin to say: "It is not true. I am not afraid. I am perfect love, and can know no fear. No one, nothing in all the universe, can hurt me." If you say this, you will find after a little while that all the fear has disappeared, all trepidation has gone.

Denial brings freedom from bondage.

Happiness comes when we effectively deny the power of anything to touch or trouble us.

Have you been living in negation for years, denying your ability to succeed, denying your health, denying your essential nature, denying your power to accomplish anything by feeling yourself weak or flawed?

If so, this constant negation has paralyzed you and weakened your power. In the next post, we will learn about affirmations, the opposite of denials, you will know how to lift yourself out of the realm of failure into that of success.

These limiting beliefs commonly control how people experience life. Those who have healed from illness and resolved persistent troubles through spiritual practice have found “denials” particularly powerful. They clear the mind of beliefs that create suffering.

You need not fully understand why this denial works before you practice it. Begin using denial with an open mind and observe what happens. After a while, you will find yourself delivered from struggles that once dominated your daily life. There is nothing in all the universe for me to fear, for greater is that which is within me than that which is in the world. The Biblical book of Isaiah declares: "I will contend with him that contendeth with thee" (Is. 49:25). This speaks to every person. You are consciousness itself appearing in individual form.

We must repeat these steps of denials silently several times each day, however, do not strain with anxiety to extract results from them. If you find yourself angry, stand still and silently deny it. Say that you are not angry, that you are love itself, and cannot be angry. The anger will leave you.

Simply speak Almost hourly, small irritations and fears arise in your life.

Meet each one with a denial.

Calmly say within yourself, "That's nothing at all. It cannot harm or disturb me or make me unhappy."

Do not fight it vigorously, but let your denial be the denial of any thought of its superiority over you, as you would deny the power of ants on their hill to disturb you.

Lastly, this practice may seem a little strange at first but intentionally denying negativity allows us to enter into deeper spiritual life. It may require repeating “denying negativity” silently several times throughout your day for the next few weeks before you Notice what shifts in your mental state, your physical body, your relationships, and your circumstances.

My prayer is that you will practice wholeheartedly. Because this the effective path toward clarity of heart —- taming our consciousness allows us to enter spiritual knowing. This is where peace is found and the fullness of joy in all things including our relationships- and where our wholeness becomes a way of living.
