BAPTISM OF FIRE

A few weeks ago, I was shown a picture of His heavenly harps within the eyes of my heart as I was driving. The harps in heaven play to encourage and guide those walking in the spirit by turning every bit of dry land into prosperity! 

 

We prepare our dry land by reading His Word and begin to understand it for ourselves. Book of Acts, specifically Acts 2-19 to become familiar with the baptism of fire! 

We cannot receive something we do not have a revelation about. This is extremely important to discern the time we are living. We cannot receive from God without the understanding of His word given by His Spirit to our minds and hearts. 

It takes faith through obedience to receive a revelation for the time and season we are living. God is speaking and when we rest in Him, not only are we protected but our soul becomes quiet, and our spirit is able to hear and receive from our Father in Heaven! (John 1:51)

And Jesus said to John, “Truly, truly, I say to you,[a] you will see heaven opened, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.”

Are you practicing “rest”? 

It’s simple really, read God’s word, then rest by sitting quietly and wait for the Lord to speak to your heart and begin writing what you hear. This is one way to rest in Him. 

Then He said to them,“Pay attention to what you hear. By your own standard of measurement [that is, to the extent that you study spiritual truth and apply godly wisdom] it will be measured to you [and you will be given even greater ability to respond]—and more will be given to you besides. Mark 4:24

The thinning veil between earth and heaven is found in God’s word. I see many believers being delivered instantly from deceptive pattens and misconceptions of God while resting in the Lord Yah! Be encouraged, you will hear from God as you practice and you will be given strategies for the days ahead. 

Do not give up, keep pressing into Him until you do hear from Him. I found my fear of the Lord was the key to open his kingdom realm. I found a sermon regarding judgment from July 4, 2015, that will provide a healthy dose of fear! Podcast message link.

His harps plays, we pray and thank our Glorious King and he opens His windows in heaven allowing heaven to invade earth!

Return to your rest, O my soul, For the LORD has dealt bountifully with you. Psalm 116:7 AMP

Another option, if you find resting difficult because the enemy is always in the midst distracting in every way possible, making it impossible to get into the word of God and read it —visualize a harp playing or even play the harp in the background [harp music]. We can look to 1 Samuel 16, verse 14, where David is considered a hero to Saul, because he plays the harp to quiet the evil spirits. The harps quiets the enemy, so we can pray and commune with God. Play His harp to kick the enemy to the curb and through His Holy Spirit every lie and wall of deception is revealed like a the bulldozer in part 4 of my last message. This is allowing the Spirt of truth to speak to your spirit. Freedom comes by allowing the Spirit to reveal the mysteries of  God in your life.

But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me. And you also will bear witness, because you have been with Me from the beginning (John 15:26-27).

Remembering that each harp string is being strum by heavenly hosts, they are holy angels and 24 elders at the throne of God - revealing a heavenly dimension of our Father to our minds and hearts that’s already known to our spirit. 

“And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of many waters and the loud rumbling of thunder. And the sound I heard was like harpists strumming their harps.  Revelation 14:2

Remnant Saints, can you see the Excitement for the days we are living and the glory of God is just ahead. Hallelujah!

It happened that while Apollos was in Corinth, Paul went through the upper [inland] districts and came down to Ephesus, and found some disciples. [2] He asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed [in Jesus as the Christ]?” And they said, “No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.” [3] And he asked, “Into what then were you baptized?” They said, “Into John’s baptism.” [4] Paul said, “John performed a baptism of repentance, continually telling the people to believe in Him who was coming after him, that is, [to confidently accept and joyfully believe] in Jesus [the Messiah and Savior].” [5] After hearing this, they were baptized [again, this time] in the name of the Lord Jesus. [6] And when Paul laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they began speaking in [unknown] tongues (languages) and prophesying. [7] There were about twelve men in all. Acts 19:1-7 AMP

At this very moment, the Lord’s will is clear: He desires to testify over your life. As He speaks to each Christian, He sets every single one free. John 8:36 says, “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed” (ESV). 

Paul prayed that we would have the spirit of wisdom and revelation. This is a vital part of participating in the move of God. God is causing His chosen people to have the spirit of wisdom and revelation. He is causing this to occur on the earth right now through this powerful move of His Spirit. His Spirit opens the understanding so His people can walk in revelation and in divine wisdom. 

Each of them had a HARP and golden bowls brimming full of sweet fragrant incense—which are the prayers of God’s holy lovers. 9 And they were all singing this new song of praise to the Lamb:“Because you were slaughtered for us, you are worthy to take the scroll and open its seals. Your blood was the price paid to redeem us.You purchased us to bring us to God out of every tribe, language, people group, and nation. You have chosen us to serve our God and formed us into a kingdom of priests who reign on the earth.” Revelation 5:8-10 TPT
