WHAT IF WE COULD BE LIGHT THAT NO ONE COULD IGNORE?

At last my dear friends I have found the path to the Celestial City. This picture on the left is “Ferry Falls” in Yellowstone National Park. It reminded me of Christian’s journey. If you haven’t read Pilgrims Progress by John Bunyan, please do yourself a huge favor and take the time now. The Celestial city in his story represents heaven. For us, It’s a city of rest and refuge in Christ for those who find it.

Pilgrim was taken to a large upper room that faced the sunrise. And the name of the room was Peace. — from Pilgrim’s Progress

This path in nature can be compared to the eternal joy that Christian, the pilgrim longed for when he finally reached his destination and saw with his own eyes which he sought by faith.

We don’t have to wait until we reach heaven! We can experience the peace of God today. When we enter the His presence, we become partakers of His undisturbed calm. His calm can only be explained as an eternal calm that lies so deep within the human heart that no external difficulty can reach it.

Have you found this path for yourself?

The pilgrim talks with the Shining Ones “about the glory of the place.” Their discussion is not wistful speculation because Bunyan weaves together several verses that offer a taste of the joy that awaits us in heaven.

Meanwhile, The Spirit of the Lord has been speaking to me about the giants in the land which have nothing to do with rest and everything to do with fear!

I was given a revelation that each person’s journey defines their role in the Kingdom of God, but it will take faith like Caleb and Joshua in the Book of Numbers.

You have a path. It’s unique to you and it includes your personality, your sorrows, fears and everything you must overcome. Therefore, to be used by God we must be led by His Holy Spirit. As lovers of Jesus, each of us are called to be the light of the world.

The vision of the Angel of the Lord came to Moses while he was involved in his everyday work. That is exactly where the Lord delights in giving His revelations. Pay attention to the whispers. God is not pushy but he does speak quietly and in a gentle voice.

So as I am driving and listening to music, the words being sung inside my truck cab begin to tug at my heart… This is the Spirit of the Lord speaking and I recognize Him and welcome Him. He begin to stir an emotion that can only be describes as “Pay Attention”.

I found the lyrics to the song and have posted them here… read them as each lyric is being spoken by Jesus. His words hanging in the air with love and kindness.

The beauty of it is, We've just one life to live. . .
And no one knows what happens next, no

Saints, we are going through the greatest awaking our world has ever seen. We are experiencing the most amazing events and opportunities to live a life that will encourage others to seek Christ!

So what are we waiting for? (Waiting)
What are we waiting for? (Waiting)
Why are we wasting all the time like someone's making more?
What are we praying for? (Praying)
What are we saving for? (Saving)
What if we could be the light that no one could ignore?
What are we waiting for? —-Lyrics by For King & Country

Seriously, think about these lyrics.”What if we actually became the light of this world that no one could ignore?”

This new understanding involves every one of us. Jesus is the key to the celestial city, He is the light of the World that shines through us!

Stop listening to the lies, wasting time watching the things that steal your joy and make your discouraged. Start living a life that has meaning by expecting God’s provision and enter His unexplainable peace.

Stop wasting time…. We only have one life to live! Invest in a bible and learn the word of God where truth can be found and discernment is freely given.

In heaven the church, that Christ has redeemed “out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation” (Revelation 5:9) is brought near and gathered in His presence.

The winds of God stir the sea to over come the beasts that come up out of the sea.

After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree.  Revelation 7:1, NKJV

The Four Winds are held back by four angels at the four corners of the earth, preventing any wind from blowing on the land, the sea, and the trees until the servants of God are sealed on their foreheads.

God’s winds are delayed until we are sealed

The enemy of this world would like you to think the 4 winds are judgment. However, if we pay attention to scripture…they bring refinement like gold.

These 4 winds allow a cleansing to take place allowing room with your soul for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit making you the light in this world!

Take away the dross from the silver, And there comes out [the pure metal for] a vessel for the silversmith [to shape]. proverbs 25:5

Until the time that the Lord makes everything right and brings the unseen into plain view, our faith will be exercised. A God-given faith has the ability to deal with the supernatural and makes impossible things possible. And yes, faith grows during storms—that is, it grows through disturbances in the spiritual atmosphere. Storms are caused by conflicts between the physical elements, and the storms of the spiritual world are conflicts with supernatural, hostile elements. And it is in this atmosphere of conflict that faith finds its most fertile soil and grows most rapidly to maturity.

But for those who believe in the Lord, his light will always be there for us. No matter the depth of our pain and sorrow, he will always grant us the hope to carry on if we simply believe him at His Word.

We may be tempted to run from the ordeal of a fierce storm of testing, but push straight into it! God is there to meet you in the center of it. And He will whisper to you His secrets, which will bring you right into His radiant face and build such invincible faith that all the demons of hell will never be able to shake it.

Isaiah 40:31 vividly paints this picture: “Those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.” You could even call it a dance.

Remember: God loves you. Heaven is real. He wants to meet you there. But he has a great purpose for your life right now. You are ready?
