🕊️ DAYS OF YOM KUPPUR

Tear your heart . . . and turn to Yahweh, your God; for he is gracious and merciful.” Joel 2:13

PLAY THE SHOFAR

Thus says Yahweh, ‘Repent, turn away from your idols and turn away from all your abominations’.” Ezekiel 14:6

Beginning on the second day, the shofar is blown every day as a warning to return to Yahweh in repentance. The tenth day is the last day and the day of Yom Kippurim.

Paul wrote about the futility of trying to control the flesh by the flesh. Summing it up, he said, “I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh” (Gal. 5:16).

Let us take each day and pray and seek the LORD Jesus to reveal what of the flesh needs pruning. There are but a few days left before Yom Kippur to repent and return to The Lord. The days of Repentance began at sunset on Sunday the 21st and end at the sunset Wednesday, October 1st.

My prayer is that we will all make full use of the time by adapting our spiritual habits by opening our spiritual eyes to prophetically see what Yashua wants His Church to accomplish on the earth today.

We cannot walk fully in obedience and embrace the new without changing some of our previous mindsets. One translation of Romans 8:5 says, “those who live as their human nature tells them to have their minds controlled by what human nature wants. Those who live as the Spirit tells them to have their minds controlled by what the Spirit wants.” (GNT)

Listen as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” God reveals to them through His Spirit for the Spirit searches all things, EVEN the Deep things of God. 1 Corinthians 2:9-10

When we renew our minds through repentance and fasting, we surrender to the Spirit’s revelatory abilities, the communication system of heaven. The Holy Spirit deposits into us the application, wisdom and leadership we need to be transformed.

The Holy Spirit wants us to discard the old in order to be ready for the New. Are you ready? It’s Time to comprehend in order to be fully in Christ we must be spirit filled!
